HIRING: Senior Bartender (Grade A Bar & Lounge)
An exquisite Bar & Lounge located in Lekki, Lagos (Lekki) offering spectacular cuisine dishes in a serene environment.
The Company is seeking to engage the service of a seasoned professional Bartender who can ensure the smooth running of the discharge of quality service to the customers in the bar section of the lounge.
Job Summary
In this role, you will be responsible for creating a unique, personal experience for each customer, by creating innovative and bespoke beverages that will delights and keep them coming back.
Minimum Requirements
• 5+ years’ full Bartender experience from a highly-sophisticated drinking establishments or five-star restaurants is desired.
• Excellent knowledge in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks.
• Possess strong knowledge of spirits, wine, champagne and mixed cocktails.
• Positive, outgoing attitude with a genuine desire to exceed Guest’s expectations.
• Thinks and acts quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Certification as a Mixologist from a reputable Bartending School is an advantage.
